About this program

Albuquerque Community Foundation's Rooted Together initiative funds place-based, community-led, multi-year projects and capacity-building in targeted neighborhoods of Bernalillo, Valencia, Torrance, and Sandoval counties, supporting two-year partnerships to deepen impact and organizational capacity.
