The Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (SCCAP, APA Division 53) offers the Donald Routh Dissertation Reimbursement Grant to support dissertation-related research expenses in clinical child and adolescent psychology, awarding up to four reimbursements of $2,500 each annually (plus two $100 honorable mentions). Applications are accepted annually (typically Jan 15–Feb 21) with award announcements by mid-April, and recipients are encouraged to present at SCCAP-sponsored meetings or the APA Convention. Eligible applicants must be U.S.-domiciled student members of SCCAP for at least one year, enrolled in an APA-, PCSAS-, or CPA-approved doctoral program with an approved dissertation proposal at submission, and may not be elected SCCAP board members; awardees must be no more than 10 years postdoctoral at nomination. Submit an online application with one PDF containing a brief proposal (5 pages max, double-spaced; references excluded), CV, and 1-page budget, plus one supervising faculty/mentor recommendation (included or emailed separately); IRB approval must be documented prior to release of funds.
