Rudolph Masciantonio CAMWS Diversity Award

About this program

The Classical Association of the Middle West and South (CAMWS) offers the Rudolph Masciantonio CAMWS Diversity Award to support students whose access to Latin, Greek, or classics has been limited by personal, social, educational, or structural barriers. One $500 award is given annually to an undergraduate student and one to a graduate or post-baccalaureate student. Eligible applicants include students from historically disadvantaged or underrepresented groups, first-generation or immigrant-family backgrounds, intersectional identities, schools without classics programs, or those affected by bias or narrow definitions of the field. Applications must be submitted online by January 31.
