SAH CONNECTS – Call for Proposals

About this program

The Society of Architectural Historians (SAH) invites proposals for SAH CONNECTS, a year‑round Zoom series of virtual programs—discussions, panels, roundtables, and workshops—on the history of the built environment (including landscape, urban, heritage, and social‑justice topics); programs are conducted in English, recorded, and made publicly available. Proposals are accepted anytime via the SAH website and are reviewed monthly (applicants are notified within four weeks); events should run roughly 1–1.5 hours, not replicate conference paper sessions or book talks, and ideally allow at least four weeks’ lead time (no scheduling in April, May, or September). Organizers need not be SAH members to apply but must join if selected; submissions must include a title (≤65 characters), a 200–500 word summary, proposed panelists and format, contact details, and a 2‑page max CV for the moderator (and co‑moderator), and selected moderators/panelists must provide bios/headshots and sign a recording consent.
