Sanofi Travel Award (ASN)

About this program

Presented by the American Society for Neurochemistry (ASN) and established in 2014 by Dr. Karen Chandross, the Sanofi Travel Award is a $1,500 prize honoring an outstanding translationally focused postdoctoral fellow to support attendance at the ASN annual meeting. Applicants must be postdoctoral scientists who received their PhD within the last six years (as of March 1 of the application year), reside in the Western Hemisphere (Canada, North, Central, and South America, U.S. possessions, and the Caribbean), be the first/presenting author on a submitted abstract, not have previously received a Sanofi Award from ASN, and laboratories may submit no more than three applicants; ASN membership is not required. Applications are submitted during the annual meeting abstract submission period via the ECEE Award Application process; recipients are expected to attend the full annual meeting and society business meeting and are formally presented during the meeting (contact asnmanager@asneurochem.org for questions).
