Scientific Paper Prize

About this program

The American Psychoanalytic Association’s Committee on Scientific Activities offers a $1,000 prize for the most outstanding empirical research paper relevant to psychoanalysis published during the previous calendar year. Eligible papers must be written in English and published in a peer-reviewed journal; authors do not need to be APsA members. Submissions are due May 1, with electronic submission encouraged, and papers may be submitted directly even if published outside major psychoanalytic journals.
