About this program
The Scottish Society of Physicians offers small research and quality-improvement grants of up to £5,000 to support preliminary pump-priming studies, QI projects and patient‑related work, with a preference for early‑career investigators. Applicants must be based in Scotland, employed by the NHS or a university, and be members of the Society; proposed projects must relate to a medical specialty and the health of people living in Scotland. Successful awardees must apply using the Society’s application form and submit a report of work achieved to the Society Secretary; applications are currently closed.
