SDCF Emergency Assistance Fund for Stage Directors & Choreographers (SDC Members)

About this program

The Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation (SDCF) operates an Emergency Assistance Fund, established in March 2020, to provide emergency financial aid to Members of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC) facing financial hardship; a portion of the fund is specifically earmarked for New York City–based members thanks to support from the Howard Gilman Foundation. Eligible applicants are current SDC Members and Associate Members who can demonstrate financial need; no total funding amount is published and priority consideration may be given to NYC-based applicants. Applications are accepted via the SDCF website or by emailing EmergencyGrant@sdcfoundation.org, and donors are asked to note "SDCF Emergency Assistance Fund COVID-19" in the additional comments when contributing.
