Siteman Travel Award

About this program

Siteman Cancer Center offers up to $1,500 through the Siteman Travel Award to support registration, airfare, and lodging for cancer-related conferences, workshops, or training, including international events. Applicants must be affiliated with a Siteman Cancer Center member through an eligible institution and be enrolled or appointed as a student, trainee, resident, fellow, or early-career faculty member; instructors and assistant professors must not have held an R01 or equivalent award. Applicants must submit the application before travel, along with a research abstract, CV, and mentor letter, and priority is given to applicants presenting oral or poster research or participating in training. The full application deadline for the August–October travel cycle is July 31, 2026.
