Small Grants for Small Food Pantries Fund

About this program

Adirondack Community Foundation, with seed funding from the Cloudsplitter Foundation, the Trust for Civic Life (a sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors), and local donors, offers the Small Grants for Small Food Pantries Fund to provide one-time infrastructure support to strengthen small, rural food pantries in the Adirondack region and improve access to healthy food. Grants provide up to $1,500 per pantry for items such as refrigerators/freezers, shelving, volunteer training, and technology upgrades to boost capacity and operations. Eligible applicants are small food pantries operating in the Adirondack region; apply through ACF’s Online Grants Manager (adkcommunityfoundation.org/granting/apply-grant) or contact Leslee Mounger at (518) 523-9904 for more information.
