Smith, Dave Memorial Scholarship Fund

About this program

Community Foundation of Noble County’s Smith, Dave Memorial Scholarship Fund awards one East Noble High School senior up to $1,000 (one-time) to support tuition, books, and academic fees toward pursuit of a four‑year degree. Applicants must be East Noble High seniors with a GPA of 2.50–3.50 who have lettered in a varsity sport; preference is given to students with community service or volunteer involvement. Candidates must apply through the CFNC Scholarship Apply Portal (create an account, complete the Eligibility Quiz to be matched, and submit matched scholarship applications plus the 2027 CFNC Main Application including essays, references, and activities) by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM; award payment requires returning an acceptance form in early June.
