SOHN Clinical Excellence Award

About this program

The Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses (SOHN) offers its Clinical Excellence Award to recognize a nurse who consistently provides skilled and compassionate care to ORL-head and neck patients. The recipient receives a Board-determined stipend, certificate, and recognition at the SOHN Annual Congress. Nominees must hold a current RN license, be current SOHN members and CORLNs, have at least five years of ORL nursing experience, and demonstrate clinical and interpersonal excellence while serving as role models. Nominations must be submitted on the designated form by July 1 with four support letters: one from a supervisor, two from nursing colleagues, and one from a patient/family member or other qualified individual.
