Spark Grant — Osteopathy Australia 2025–2026 annual grant round

About this program

Osteopathy Australia’s Spark Grant funds high-quality independent research aligned with the organisation’s research priorities, offering up to $20,000 per project for up to 24 months to support bold ideas, capacity building and pilot data generation for larger competitive grants. Applicants at all academic levels, including PhD students, are eligible; projects must comply with the funding guidelines, demonstrate clear alignment with Osteopathy Australia’s priorities, and are competitively assessed by the Research Committee on criteria such as team expertise, methodology, significance, innovation, feasibility, budget justification and potential for future funding. Successful grant recipients must sign the funding agreement and submit required interim and final reports and budget acquittals via the prescribed process; the next round opens 27 October 2025 and rounds are advertised for at least 30 days.
