About this program
The Elks National Foundation (ENF) offers annual Spotlight Grants of $2,000 to Elks Lodges to address early childhood literacy, veteran homelessness, and hunger and essential needs assistance. Lodges must select from seven predefined project plans, including initiatives like Warm Welcome to the Library, Stand Down, and Hunger and Essential Needs Assistance. Applications for the 2025-26 cycle open on April 1, 2025, and close on January 21, 2026, with funds to be spent by March 31, 2026. Eligible applicants are Elks Lodges, with no requirement to meet the Grand Exalted Ruler's per-member-giving goal, and the grant can be merged with the $4,000 Beacon Grant.
