SPR Award in Honor of E. Mead Johnson

The Society for Pediatric Research, sponsored by Mead Johnson Nutrition, awards the annual SPR Award in Honor of E. Mead Johnson to recognize outstanding achievements across pediatric clinical, translational, laboratory, and health services research; one recipient is selected each year and receives formal recognition at the PAS Meeting, economy-level travel and hotel for up to four nights, complimentary PAS registration, and an honorarium. Applicants must hold an academic faculty position for at least seven but no more than twenty years and demonstrate independent productivity and innovation in child health research, evidenced by publications, grant funding, and national or international recognition. Nominations must include a current CV, bibliography (with most significant contributions marked), research funding history, a detailed letter of nomination describing originality and impact, two letters of support (one from outside the nominee’s institution), and three recent (within five years) representative papers.
