SSCP Mentoring Impact Award

About this program

The Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology (SSCP) offers the Mentoring Impact Award to recognize a clinical scientist member who has made a unique and significant contribution to mentoring, including through leadership, supervision, advising, advocacy, and support for scientific and professional development. The award may honor impact at any career stage and is distinct from a lifetime-achievement mentoring award. Nominees must be current SSCP members in good standing and may be nominated by current or former trainees or knowledgeable colleagues; applications should include a nomination letter, impact statement, trainee list, and at least three mentee support letters (two if the nominator is a former mentee). Complete nominations must be emailed to the SSCP president by March 15.
