Stahl, Josh Scholarship Fund

About this program

The Community Foundation of Noble County offers the Stahl, Josh Scholarship Fund, a one-time $500 award for a northeastern Indiana high school senior to apply toward qualified education expenses (tuition, fees, books) for four-year undergraduate study; funds may not be used for housing or transportation. One annual award is available for a student who has participated in cross country and/or track for at least two years and who will enroll full-time at an accredited college or university to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Applicants must apply through the CFNC Scholarship Apply Portal—create/log in, take the Eligibility Quiz to be matched, complete matched scholarship application(s) and the 2027 CFNC Main Application (essays, references, activities), and submit all materials by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM; an additional essay explaining how cross country and/or track has affected the applicant’s decisions and goals is required.
