Stroum Center Graduate Fellowship (2026-2027)

The Stroum Center for Jewish Studies at the University of Washington is accepting applications for its 2026–2027 Graduate Fellowship, an interdisciplinary award that provides a $6,000 stipend to M.A. and Ph.D. students across UW whose research engages Jewish studies; fellows participate in a biweekly seminar, conduct research, present at a Stroum-hosted venue and publish a short article on the Center’s website. Applicants must be enrolled as UW graduate students in the coming academic year, demonstrate a clear connection between their project and Jewish studies, and have some prior coursework in Jewish studies; previous Stroum recipients may reapply.
