About this program
Dentsply Sirona and the American Association for Dental, Oral & Craniofacial Research (AADOCR) co-sponsor the Student Competition for Advancing Dental Research and its Application (SCADA), which recognizes student research in clinical/public health and basic/translational science at the AADOCR/CADR Annual Meeting. Awards are $1,000 for first place, $750 for second place, and $500 for third place; abstracts are accepted from July 13 through October 26, 2026. Applicants must be predoctoral dental students at the time of the meeting and current AADOCR members, with participation coordinated through an invited CODA-accredited U.S. dental school.
