Student Conference Travel Award

About this program

The Society of Ethnobiology offers an $800 Student Conference Travel Award to support travel for a student member presenting at the Society’s annual conference; the award also includes one year of online membership beginning after the award is granted. Applicants must be enrolled students (undergraduate or graduate) at the time of the conference and be current Society student members. Applicants may not have received another SoE award within the past three years. Applications were due November 15 (extended to November 21) and the application form is now closed; inquiries may be directed to awards@ethnobiology.org.
