About this program
The Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology (SSCP) offers the Susan Nolen-Hoeksema Early Career Research Award to recognize outstanding contributions to the science of clinical psychology; the recipient receives a certificate and $1,000 honorarium. Nominees must be SSCP members in good standing within 10 years of receiving their Ph.D., with extensions possible for documented career interruptions. Applications must include a nomination letter, statement of the nominee’s accomplishments, CV, and at least two additional letters of support, and must be submitted by March 25.
