Technologist Best Abstract Award

About this program

The American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) presents the Technologist Best Abstract Award to the top research paper by a technologist that advances neuromuscular and electrodiagnostic medicine. The winner receives $200, complimentary AANEM Annual Meeting registration, recognition in the meeting abstract guide and at the meeting, and publication of the abstract in Muscle & Nerve; a runner‑up receives $200, recognition, and publication. Eligible applicants must be the first author and designated abstract presenter, present at the AANEM Annual Meeting, and hold Technologist membership at the time of abstract submission; research must concern neuromuscular or electrodiagnostic topics and abstracts must be submitted during the annual window (January 1–March 15); inquiries: meeting@aanem.org.
