Temple Foundation Grants

About this program

The T.L.L. Temple Foundation offers grants of up to $1,000,000 to support community development, education, health, housing, older adults, workforce and economic development, and youth and children in rural Deep East Texas. Priority is given to programs addressing persistent poverty and serving low-income populations and rural communities, including work in education, economic opportunity, health, human services, arts and culture, and environmental conservation. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations, agencies, and programs serving designated communities in 24 specified rural Deep East Texas counties. Applications are due October 10, 2026, through the foundation’s online application platform.
