About this program
The Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association (PCNA) offers the Terry Thomas Clinical Practice Award to recognize excellence in clinical practice and contributions to cardiovascular prevention nursing. The recipient receives a plaque, complimentary registration for the PCNA Annual Cardiovascular Nursing Symposium, and travel and lodging expenses to attend the ceremony. Applicants must be current PCNA members with an established career in preventive cardiovascular nursing, demonstrate outstanding patient care and professional contributions, and attend the symposium in person. Self-nominations and third-party nominations require a completed form, two supporting letters, and a current CV; materials are due by December 6.
