About this program
The Collins Foundation's Black Equity Movement (BEM) Committee offers grants to tackle systemic injustices faced by Black Oregonians. These grants, for the remainder of 2025, are by invitation only as the foundation transitions to its new GO Grants program in 2026. Applicants must be invited and demonstrate a commitment to addressing the generational impacts of systemic inequities on Black communities in Oregon.
