Stark Community Foundation administers the John Henry and Nancy May Bell Allensworth Scholarship Fund, providing renewable scholarships (amounts vary, minimum $500) to support Carrollton or Edison High School graduates and seniors who will attend a college or university in Ohio. Eligible applicants must be graduates or current seniors of Carrollton or Edison High School in Carroll or Jefferson Counties and plan to enroll at an Ohio postsecondary institution. Selection requires a minimum 2.5 GPA (4.0 scale), documented participation in extracurricular and civic activities, and demonstrated financial need as determined by the FAFSA Expected Family Contribution (EFC); apply online via the Stark Community Foundation portal by April 1.
