About this program
The Knee Society offers three annual scientific awards—the Chitranjan S. Ranawat, John N. Insall, and Mark B. Coventry Awards—for outstanding knee-related clinical or basic science papers selected for presentation at its Specialty Day Meeting during the AAOS Annual Meeting. Each award includes a $1,000 honorarium and is granted at the discretion of the Society’s Program Committee. Members and non-members, including trainees and practicing orthopaedic surgeons, may submit one blinded, original abstract per presenting author by November 16, 2026; submissions may not be submitted concurrently to The Hip Society and must not have been published before presentation.
