About this program
Stark Community Foundation administers the Norman J. Tschantz, Walter C. Deuble and Dominic J. Bagnoli, Jr. Caddie Scholarship Fund to provide renewable scholarship awards (minimum $500) for students who have served as caddies at Congress Lake Club. Applicants must have completed at least one year of service as a Congress Lake Club caddy and be enrolled in or planning to attend high school, college, or a trade school.
