About this program

Stark Community Foundation’s Richard C. and Joyce J. Hannon Scholarship Fund for the Arts, Literature and Communication provides renewable scholarships (amounts vary, minimum $500) to Carrollton High School graduates pursuing performing arts study at accredited colleges or universities. Eligible fields include speech, theatre, music, drama, speech and theatre education, performance and theatre arts, and TV and radio broadcasting. Applicants must be Carrollton High graduates who have been accepted and plan to enroll, or who are currently enrolled, at an accredited institution and must demonstrate financial need; applications are submitted online by April 1 at https://www.starkcf.org/onlineapp.
