About this program
The Veterinary Cancer Society offers the Theilen Tribute Award to honor a distinguished veterinary oncology professional whose career has advanced the practice of veterinary oncology. The next award will be presented at the Society’s 2028 Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado. Nominees must be veterinary oncology professionals with demonstrated lifetime contributions and professional excellence in the field. Nominations are due July 1, 2028, and must include the nomination form and two recommendation letters from individuals other than the nominator.
