Tom Cade Conservation Award

The Raptor Research Foundation offers the Tom Cade Conservation Award, its premier conservation honor, to recognize an individual whose exceptional contributions have advanced raptor conservation science or practice. The non-monetary award supports recognition of achievements including population restoration, captive propagation and reintroduction, biodiversity research, and conservation of threatened or endangered species. There are no formal eligibility restrictions, although Raptor Research Foundation membership is encouraged, and one recipient is selected annually. Nominations are submitted online by June 30 and must include nominee and nominator information, three qualified evaluators, a summary of the nominee’s scientific contributions, and a complete publication list.
