Torrey Botanical Society Graduate Student Training Fellowship

About this program

The Torrey Botanical Society offers one $1,000 Graduate Student Training Fellowship to support a graduate student’s participation in a plant-focused field training course or workshop at a university or biological field station. Funds may be used for costs associated with the approved field course. Applicants must be Society members and graduate students studying plant science, and must apply by January 15, 2027. Applications require a maximum two-page course description and statement of purpose, a current C.V., and a letter from the major professor describing the applicant’s status and qualifications.
