Trailers and Toolkits Grant Opportunity (Listos)

About this program

California Fire Safe Council, in collaboration with California Volunteers/Listos, is providing 20 custom 6x12x6 trailers plus a $10,000 stipend per recipient to supply tools and outreach resources for emergency preparedness and to augment established Chipper and Defensible Space programs. Eligible applicants are California communities and community-based organizations, with priority toward those serving vulnerable populations and those that have or support existing Chipper and Defensible Space efforts. Recipients must be able to insure the trailer, have a mechanism to take title/ownership, and will purchase tools directly after receiving the stipend, which is disbursed upon invoicing to the Fire Safe Council.
