About this program
Foundation for Enhancing Communities’ University Center at Harrisburg Grant Fund awards grants up to $10,000 to nonprofit organizations for specific programs and projects focusing on skill development and workforce development. Eligible applicants must be qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or accredited educational entities that serve individuals at locations within Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, Franklin, Lebanon, and northern York Counties.
