Vision Grants

About this program

Delaware Community Foundation’s Vision Grants fund planning-stage projects that advance bold, innovative, and collaborative approaches to community challenges and require applicants to articulate a future state for Delaware. Grants of $20,000–$30,000 support building implementable, sustainable plans (typically by funding consultants) and do not fund implementation; grantees are invited to a funder panel to workshop their ideas. Applicants should be organizations or collaborative partnerships that have already developed an idea and need support to produce a full implementation plan covering resource requirements, systems, legal/governance structures, and budgets.
