The First Community Foundation Partnership (FCFP) administers the Waldron Memorial Fund, established in 1976, to support nonprofit organizations and local government units addressing charitable, educational, religious, or health care needs in Muncy, Lycoming County. The fund prioritizes projects with broad community impact, innovative solutions, measurable goals, financial sustainability, and collaborative efforts. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations and local government units; nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status may apply via a fiscal sponsor. Ineligible requests encompass annual campaigns, endowments, scholarships, and individual requests, with final funding decisions announced after the June FCFP Board meeting.
