**Synopsis:**

The Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, in collaboration with the six U.S. regional arts organizations (RAOs), offers the "Walking Together: Investing in Folklife in Communities of Color" grant program. This initiative supports folklife and traditional arts rooted in communities of color, focusing on living traditions that reflect cultural aesthetics, practices, values, and beliefs. Applicants must be artists, practitioners, or community organizations dedicated to preserving and promoting these traditions, with projects encompassing folk/traditional crafts, visual arts, dance, or music. The program is open to all U.S. states and territories, with no cost-sharing requirement.
