Warhol Multi-year Program Support

About this program

The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts offers Multi-year Program Support grants of $60,000–$100,000 to fund two years of artist-centered visual arts programming — including exhibitions, residencies, public art, screenings, performances, and publications. Preference is given to organizations that support experimental or under-recognized artists; eligible applicants range from small nonprofits to major museums. Proposals must include a three-page narrative describing the organization and artist opportunities, a full one-year operating budget, a detailed program schedule for the year following the award, and documentation of artist selection processes and key curatorial staff or jurors. Organizations undergoing major leadership shifts, moves, or renovations should defer applying; prior grantees must wait one year after final reporting before reapplying and must provide complete mailing and executive contact information.
