William H. Pearce, MD, Vascular Surgery Student Research Award

About this program

The Society for Vascular Surgery’s William H. Pearce, MD, Vascular Surgery Student Research Award supports a 12-month, full-time mentored clinical or basic science research experience at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. One awardee will receive a $20,000 stipend in installments, mentorship from vascular or cardiovascular faculty, and professional development opportunities, with required presentations of research findings. Undergraduate and medical students are eligible; applicants should demonstrate interest, commitment, and research ability and must commit 35–40 hours per week for one year. Applications are due April 15.
