Wolfe Research Prize for Identifying New Causes or Novel Treatment of Neuropathy and Related Disorders

About this program

American Neurological Association offers the Wolfe Research Prize to recognize an outstanding investigator in neuropathy or related disorders who has made significant contributions to understanding pathogenesis or developing novel treatments. The award includes a $2,000 honorarium, complimentary ANA Annual Meeting registration, up to $2,000 in travel reimbursement, and a commemorative plaque; the recipient must submit an abstract for the Annual Meeting Final Program and deliver an oral presentation. Eligible nominees are faculty actively working in academic neurology or neuroscience at any career stage (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor); ANA membership is not required and candidates may reapply. Nominations must include a nominee statement, nominee CV, and two letters of nomination (a primary letter describing achievements and a seconding letter, preferably from outside the nominee’s institution); self-nominations are encouraged.
