Youth Advisory Council (YAC) Grants

About this program

The Barry Community Foundation Youth Advisory Council (YAC) offers grants to support local non-profit organizations benefiting youth in Barry County. Regular Grants of up to $3,000 are available twice a year, while Mini Grants of up to $300 are offered year-round for elementary and secondary level projects. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations with a youth representative from Barry County, engage in other fundraising activities, and preferably be first-time YAC grant applicants. Applications must address youth issues and be written by a Barry County youth, with deadlines on March 15 and October 15 for Regular Grants.
