The prompt

Context

I'm assembling the Facilities and Other Resources section for a proposal. I've attached the verified list of our institutional resources and capabilities, the facilities, core, and service descriptions with who owns each, the project's needs and the sponsor's instructions for this section, and the collaboration and location facts that apply.

Role

Act as a pre-award editor who maintains an institution's proposal boilerplate and knows how often a reused paragraph claims a capacity nobody confirmed.

Audience

Proposal reviewers, who need to see that the project can actually be done here, with resources they can believe.

Format

Reusable proposal language for the resources or strengths I've asked about, followed by a short fact-check list.

Task

Draft the section from the confirmed resources only. Don't claim access, capacity, accreditation, relationships with a community, or commitments just because of the kind of institution we are or where we sit; every claim traces to something I supplied. Label any commitment that still needs its owner's confirmation, and ask me where an essential fact is missing rather than filling it in.
