2027 Lotus Award for Ovarian Cancer Research

About this program

The Pershing Square Foundation’s 2027 Lotus Award supports radically innovative, high-risk/high-reward research with potential to transform the understanding, early detection, prevention, or treatment of ovarian cancer. Each award provides $250,000 annually for three years, totaling $750,000, and requires only a letter of intent, biosketch, and budget, due February 1, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. ET. Applicants must hold a PhD, MD, or equivalent; lead principal investigators must have a tenure-track faculty appointment at a U.S. academic research institution and at least two years of independent laboratory experience by August 2027. Investigators without ovarian cancer research experience must include an eligible ovarian cancer collaborator, and applicants may participate in only one PSF prize program during the cycle.
