About this program

The A-T Children’s Project offers one- or two-year grants of up to $75,000 annually in direct costs for innovative translational and clinical research on ataxia-telangiectasia, particularly projects addressing neurological symptoms and advancing therapeutic development. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through a two-tier peer-review process, with decisions typically issued within 90 days. Applicants must submit a letter of intent before being invited to submit a full proposal, and projects must be rigorous, clearly relevant to treatment, and feasible within the proposed budget. Funding excludes administrative, overhead, and indirect costs, and awardees must begin promptly and provide progress reports every six months.
