Abilities First Fund

The Miller-Dwan Foundation offers the Abilities First Fund to provide physical rehabilitation equipment and aids to individuals with physical disabilities and limited financial resources in Northeastern Minnesota or Northwestern Wisconsin. This grant aims to enhance recipients' quality of life and community integration. Eligible applicants must reside in the specified regions and have a primary diagnosis of spinal cord injury, stroke, brain injury, congenital disability, or other documented neuromuscular or neurological conditions.
