ACS Young Investigator Symposium Awards - Division of Inorganic Chemistry

About this program

The ACS Division of Inorganic Chemistry (DIC) invites nominations for its Young Investigator Symposium at the Fall ACS meeting, recognizing emerging inorganic chemists with a 30-minute presentation, $1,000 honorarium, and commemorative plaque. Eight speakers are selected annually, with nominations due February 1. Eligible candidates must be DIC members who are graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, or within one year of completing their Ph.D., and must not have accepted a permanent independent position at selection. Nominations must be submitted by a research advisor and include a cover page, two-page nomination letter, and three-page maximum résumé.
