Advancing Futures Scholarships

About this program

The National Dental Association Foundation offers Advancing Futures Scholarships of $2,500 and Advancing Futures Matched Scholarships of $5,000 to support dental students’ educational expenses. Twenty $2,500 scholarships and five $5,000 scholarships are available, with applications accepted from March 1 through May 31. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled in the second, third, or fourth year at an ADA/CODA-accredited U.S. dental school, maintain good academic standing, demonstrate financial need, community service, extracurricular involvement, and active Student National Dental Association membership. Required materials include a transcript, CV, photo, personal statement, membership verification, two recommendations, and a photo/video release form.
