APAF Ambassadors Program

About this program

The American Psychiatric Association Foundation’s Ambassadors Program supports APA Resident-Fellow Members and Medical Student Members who promote the Foundation by presenting on its work at their institution or a local event. The first 500 eligible applicants who complete the requirements will receive complimentary registration for the 2027 APA Annual Meeting in New York and up to three nights of standard hotel accommodation. Applicants may be based anywhere in the world, must maintain eligible APA membership and training status, deliver a Foundation-focused presentation, and submit documentation by December 1, 2026. Awards are first-come, first-served, and the application may close early when capacity is reached.
