About this program

The National Pancreas Foundation (NPF) invites hospitals and institutions to apply for designation as a Clinical Center of Excellence or as both a Clinical and Academic Center of Excellence in adult pancreatitis, pediatric pancreatitis, or pancreatic cancer. The no-cost designation provides institutional recognition and patient education resources; Academic Centers additionally emphasize research, clinical trials, physician training, and advanced care. Applicants must submit the appropriate application for their clinical specialty, and institutions seeking Academic Center status must also submit the corresponding Clinical Center application. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis by the 20th of each month, with decisions announced the following month.
