About this program
American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) offers the ASBMB Science Fair Award to recognize outstanding middle and high school biochemistry and molecular biology projects at local, regional, or state science fairs; the prize is $50 and a certificate and applications are accepted year‑round. Individual applicants must be active ASBMB members who coordinate with the fair organizer to obtain approval and ensure the award and judging information are listed in the fair program. Presenters must submit the winner’s name and project description to ASBMB for website posting and work with ASBMB to arrange delivery of the award check. For questions, contact outreach@asbmb.org.
